01 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Cheese Filling

02 - 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
03 - 1.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 8 cubes
04 - 1 tbsp fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped (optional)
05 - 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs

→ Topping

06 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
03 - Place one cube of mozzarella and one cube of cheddar at the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and chopped chives or parsley, if using.
04 - Roll up each triangle from the wide end, tucking the ends to seal the cheese inside.
05 - Place the rolls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Combine melted butter with garlic powder and brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
07 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed.
08 - Allow rolls to cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
