08 - 1 large ripe mango, diced
09 - 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
10 - 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
11 - 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
12 - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
13 - Juice of 1 lime
14 - Pinch of salt
→ Wraps and Assembly
15 - 8 large butter lettuce leaves or romaine hearts
16 - 1 small avocado, sliced
17 - Lime wedges, for serving
# How To Make It:
01 - Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat until hot.
02 - Combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
03 - Grill chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes per side until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
04 - In a medium bowl, gently toss diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño if used, cilantro, lime juice, and salt until well combined.
05 - Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Place sliced chicken, a spoonful of mango salsa, and avocado slices onto each leaf.
06 - Serve immediately with lime wedges for squeezing over wraps.
