# What You'll Need:
→ Steak & Marinade
01 - 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
→ Aromatics & Herbs
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
→ Optional Garnish
10 - Lemon wedges for serving
# How To Make It:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine steak cubes with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to coat and allow the mixture to marinate for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
02 - Preheat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
03 - Arrange steak cubes in a single layer in the skillet. Sear undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn and cook an additional 2 minutes until browned and just cooked through. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
04 - Reduce heat to medium and push steak bites to the side of the pan. Add butter and minced garlic, stirring for about 30 seconds until garlic becomes fragrant.
05 - Toss steak bites with the garlic butter, then sprinkle with parsley and thyme. Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges if desired.
